Comment:  I went through informal recruitment, I did not hear back from them until I reached out 2 weeks later, they already gave out all of their bids. I find out from my roommate who was unable to go through informal recruitment that they offered her a bid because they didn’t have enough buds, they specifically didn’t want me.
