Comment:  Pi Phi is known for having the worst sisterhood. They also have had average PC’s the last 3 years. Not too girls and not top tier. I can name 6 houses better than Pi Phi. Ask anyone on campus...nobody considers Pi Phi a top house and haven’t for several years.
