Comment:  they had a competitive rush this year bc they still had way too many girls after pref so i feel like they got a really good pc. lots of really cool and pretty people but not everyone in pi phi is (esp in older pcs) which is why they’re very solid mid tier. it really just depends who u talk to bc most i know are great but i can see why someone could meet one bad pi phi and kinda judge the rest of them from it
