Comment:  Chi O is and has been top tier for years. They have the nicest house and some really amazing girls. They got caught doing something that everyone was doing (as someone who’s best friend rushed this year and heard about all the rush parties...I promise you it wasn’t just xo) and other people saw that as an opportunity to try and tear them down out of jealousy or fear of xo surpassing them. They were used as a scapegoat for UNC Panhel so they look good.
