Comment:  The reality is, this is an acceptable lower middle tier fraternity. They use their house for events a lot, and it isn’t that clean but it’s well enough. Social is active and relations are just fine. Their size has gone down from 81 to 66 this year, idk when they’d recover. These guys are not the best, but just a slightly above average experience.
