Comment:  Phi Delt has a great physical house and an interesting reputation as being a “nationally dry” fraternity (they are rumored to sometimes not abide by this rule). They mix a lot with Phi Mu and Phi Sigma Sigma and are known for being a sweet and friendly group of guys that sticks close together, even in times of distress.
