Comment:  ZBT has gotten significantly better in terms of housing (getting OTR was pretty huge, especially if they can hold onto it for next year). However, there are still wayyyy too many weirdos in this frat for them to be anything more than a joke at this school. They really shot themselves in the foot early on by bidding just about anyone to get their numbers out and it will take a few years of more selective rushing/better pledge classes for them to correct course and change their reputation at SCU.
