Comment:  girls join for the national reputation and clout of zta, but once they're in they realize how awful it is, no sisterhood, hiding girls during rounds bc they dont match the "zta look". super cliquey, if you're not in the "popular group" they treat you like you're not a part of the org. if thats what you want in a "sisterhood"...no judgement, just know what you're getting into
