Comment:  I’m gonna be honest, you guys COULD be top tier easily. You only need to do a few things. 1. Up your numbers. It’s the simple formula. More members=lower dues=even more members. Let’s face it, frats ain’t cheap unless you got money to blow. And 2 is something I’ve seen on multiple occasions. You guys are trolls. If you’re a brother, you know who you are. You kinda treat geeds like outsiders instead of potentials. Don’t like the new house and alcohol go to your head. You’re not top tier. BUT with that being said, you are above average in just about everything a frat can be. Just clean it up a little. Middle tier with top tier potential.
