Comment:  Lambda is one of the few fraternities to remain in the top all four of my years here. They consistently have great rush classes that are diverse. I personally feel very safe and their events and people not in Lambda Chi are made to feel welcome as well. They clearly care about each other and you see several of their brothers active in campus Orgs. If I had to say one thing, it'd be to do more for charity on campus. They do one big event that's fun but their other work is private so it isn't seen as much. Overall a great group of guys that are always consistent
