Comment:  No longer active at Cornell. The remnants of this Fraternity can be seen at the Zeta Psi house which was the previous lodging of the Zeta of Theta Xi from 1930 until 1970 when Zeta Psi purchased the house. Theta Xi since then has tried to recolonize at least once but has failed so far. With a continual downward trend of Greek-letter organizations at Cornell, I have doubts they'll be back anytime soon.
