Comment:  Giving my fully honest opinion. I love phi dels they’re just a bit exhausting to hangout with they’re always partying somewhere. Some have drinking problems but most of them are good guys who are leaders on campus. They had a good rush this year and topped SAE and Pi Kapp in quality guys. I’d consider them top 3, recent years more popular guys have joined. Pretty involved fraternity with great sorority connections to chi omega.
