Comment:  The always flex that they're chapter of the year two years running. Chapter if the year is literally only based off of a paragraph that the chapter submits. They were not the most philanthropic and they didnt have the best grades. Stop degrading other chapters worth and successes because they were more focused on their members last year then submitting a paragraph for an award.
