Comment:  Good house with good girls. That being said, unless you are in their house, you will never see about 75% of their actual membership. They work hard to keep up their intelligent reputation but consistently get beat by ChiO in GPA. They also try very hard to look good on campus. Not very fun girls to hang out with at parties, but good girls to study with. They like Lambdas because they are willing to simp to them hard. They like to be catered to and will complain if a guy doesn't just want to talk to them about whatever they care about. If I had to sum it up, they are horse-girls. Any 5/5 ratings on here are obviously self-ratings. Theta is still a top house due to their involvement, but man do they need to get over themselves.
