Comment:  aphi dirty rushes every year because they have to. they make you feel special by dirty rushing you, and then as soon as youre in, they dont care at all. most seniors and juniors are not involved whatsoever and dont want to be there/drop. they dirty rush because they wouldnt be able to get PNMs otherwise. also - since it matters, no frat wants to be associated with them.
