Comment:  A phi is known for their gorgeous girls, but are that rare top house that has balance as well. They get great grades and are very smart. They are also very social, but don't prescribe to the elitism and snobbery of other top houses. They tend to have a lot of bonds with sisters in other houses. They are very friendly and less exclusive. They get this stereotype as being all blond cheerleaders which isn't even accurate. Plenty of diversity. Many of their girls are biracial, but people choose not to see it and call them out for it which is bizarre. Best yet, they are passionate about their philanthropy and have personally raised hundreds of thousands of dollars and are a top raiser nationally for women's heart health through their red dress gala. A dood proportion of that money goes to UW researchers/A phi alum making a difference for women.
