Comment:  Dear Alpha Phi, I was really enjoying recruitment until I came to your house. The speech you gave on your mission to diversity was one of the most ingenuine moments of recruitment. There was not a SINGLE active that was a person of color present. You can’t just bid 3 brown girls a year and call yourselves inclusive. It ultimately made me drop out from recruitment because I don’t want to be associated with groups like that. You guys really need to rethink what you deem “diverse”....having 20 blondes and 3 brunettes doesn’t make you diverse lol
