Comment:  I went through recruitment this fall, and had MANY friends who were dirty-rushed by Chi-O. Honestly really sad because a lot of people I know were bid promised, and told they wouldn't fit into the other chapter on their pref day. They're such a great chapter, but need to work on that going forward :)
