Comment:  They're Phi Kapp 2.0, the old chapter was top, new one not so much. Self-ranked to the top of the website to deceive rushees. Do the actual work into becoming better instead of trapping new guys by lying about the state of the chapter. Good guys, but this is just a bad look.
