Comment:  Phi Delta Theta is one I consider to be one of the many better fraternities on Campus. They might be in the middle for many, but I might have to put them in the top tier as they have a great brotherhood and are involved in a lot of events on campus. Again, not the most popular one, but one of the better ones.
