Comment:  An unbiased opinion: it’s honestly a shame that DPHiE is bottom tier because they do a great job with their involvement. I feel like they always have events going on (Big Man is one of the top FSL events each year), but they just recruit so poorly. Each girl in DPhiE is vastly different from the next, which is interesting but makes it hard to feel like you belong or have a place since you can’t relate to most people. DPhiE has a small handful of cool girls, but the overwhelming majority of their sisters are socially awkward and seem uncomfortable/out of place. If they recruit better for the next few years, they rise to mid tier, but for now they’re definitely bottom just above trisig and axo
