Comment:  Personally I think some of the reviews about Theta are pretty extreme. I have had bad experiences with individual girls in this chapter being really rude at philanthropy events, but I know that's not the entire chapter. Generally I thought they were considered bottom tier but anyone that says they're below AOII is being too harsh.
