Comment:  zta was a top house. I think once they solidified that they started only recruiting the pretty girls to try and keep their appearances and that bit them in the ass. They didn’t have a strong sisterhood because they were constantly focused on looks. They had a lot of girls drop and are very small. They struggled the most with recruitment in 2019 and held back chapters. They are nice-ish when you first meet them but get nasty real quick. They only hang out with people they think are to their status? They do have pretty girls so that’s the only reason why I think they have been able to maintain the appearance that they’re top house. Fraternities like them because of their looks. They seem to be really close to ksig, pike, and lambda.
