Comment:  So this fraternity is getting better, I think? I am a freshmen this year but my dad was a Phi Psi at UGA. When I visited them, their house was good, guys were nice, just a lot of diversity which is probably why their not top tier, I ended up going to another frat on milledge, but I think they are nicer than a lot of the other houses I visited on milledge.
