Comment:  Does Pi Phi know how to follow any of the rules? First not wearing masks in any pictures and now finding out they are HUGE on dirty rushing. I wouldn't rush them if you paid me 1 million dollars. there is no sisterhood whatsoever and all they care about is going to the frat houses.
