Comment:  As a member of another fraternity, let me tell you that these guys are the “good boys club” and get away with everything. Fall 2019, they water boarded a new member and got away with it, no punishment whatsoever. If this happened to any other fraternity or sorority, they would have been kicked off campus or suffered some severe consequences. They have vandalized other houses, skewed philanthropy events in their favor, and always get the upper hand in anything greeklife even though they are a subpar chapter. Their house is in bad shape, but they are in the process of building a new one. Wish they were a better fraternity and were treated equal by greeklife but they are not. Do not recommend rushing here if you are looking for a genuine fraternal experience.
