Comment:  the guys were cooler than most but the house was pretty janky so I ended up signing a different house. Personally I couldn't see myself living there, even though it was half the cost of what it's going to be where I ended up signing. Seemed like an upper mid tier house to me but I didn't rush the houses regarded as "lower middle" to tell for sure but I feel like it was pretty easy to tell they weren't weridos.
