Comment:  Okay so here's the truth about Kappa Kappa Gamma. All opinions aside, they are tied with Pi Phi for top house and here's why. They have the funds, it's a known thing that KKG is a financially well off sorority. They have the grades, they've been top 3 in grades at Tech for years. They have a nice lodge. All this is the reason they keep getting a good PC year after year.
