Comment:  I’ve always thought of Phi Mu as definitely being a top tier, since even before I got to college. It’s part of the big five, which is important. Also, the ladies are stunning, with great GPAs, and highly involved in campus. Their social media is 10/10 and we all know a sorority is really all about the way it’s marketed. Outside of that, I’ve noticed there is a certain member’s name mentioned in various ratings, why? Who are the insta famous people everyone is talking about?
