Comment:  upperclassmen are super cute and trendy but the last 2 classes have been a train wreck with a few try hard exceptions. its going to be hard for them to fully lose their spot as a "top tier" but every greek I've talked to has pretty much agreed phi mu is going downhill very quickly.
