Comment:  as someone who went through formal recruitment i really do believe their philanthropy is amazing and the work the national level does for it is outstanding. thought i connected well with these girls during recruitment and this philanthropy even effects me personally and i told my personal story during one of the first rounds, feeling really comfortable opening up to them but was never called back because i did not fit their stereotype. as the most expensive sorority on campus you need to have money to be apart of their sisterhood. girls walk around thinking they are better than everyone since they are in this sorority and act like a phi is a personality trait. definitely have a bad rep with other sororities but they do that to themselves since they don’t involve themselves with any other chapter on campus
