Comment:  Kappas aren’t what they used to be. Once known as the “good girls” they’ve been overtaken by wild, drunken, party girls who sleep around. They keep their standards board very busy. One of my best friends was a legacy and thought going kappa was a no brainer but has been so disappointed and even considered dropping out. She said the house is so cliquey and girls are flat out mean if you aren’t high enough on the social fraternity house ladder. You can’t walk into a frat house on a Saturday night and not see kappa after kappa drunk or passed out or booking up with a guy. It’s like that’s encouraged to be popular in the social ranking of the house. They no longer even care about being top in grades but try so hard on here to make the pi Phis (who took their place) as boring and uninvolved in an attempt to take down their rival before recruitment. That’s who these girls are.
