Comment:  I have a couple friends in Phi that I love, but when you look at the chapter as a whole it is completely different. They are very mean and only care about partying and making sure everyone knows that. It is scandal after scandal and nothing ever gets done from what I heard. They live for the drama. Glad my friends in it separate themselves from that part of it.
