Comment:  aphi accepts bids based on looks and rep. it’s not difficult to understand why a girl would accept a bid from them, considering their popularity, but the end result is a bunch of pretty girls with no unity or community. i have seen girls who are genuinely nice, and i have also witnessed girls who are fake. same generally goes for all greek life. take it or leave it. however, if you want a real sisterhood, go for a chapter that recruits based off of values, not appearance or “perfection.” i promise you will still have a good experience if you aren’t in the “hot” sorority
