Comment:  Currently, Theta is a solid middle tier. They have a strong national reputation, like pi Phi, and unlike APhi. The scandals of AP on looks and racism over character make them a wanna-be. Theta is a was-be, but at least they are in top tier national. Here they are are weird af. They have old delusions of grandeur, as they rapidly become a joke.
