Comment:  the majority of the house is made up of transfers and the golf team/club hockey. they have really strong relations with tri delt/pi phi and had a wedding with tri delt. they usually have solo mixers and mix with chi phi, chi psi, or dx for the big ways. known for their darties and outdoor setup (homecoming and foam). the graduating senior class was borderline upper but they got good picks in their new class to make up for the leaving class. they've gotten in trouble nearly every semester the last 4 years but the last year they've been in good standing. if they can manage to maintain good relations with the school they'll be able to rise up but for now they'll be at the bottom of upper mid.
