Comment:  They’re okay, mostly apathetic guys from far oos that didn’t really do anything for rush before they moved in. So the guys are hit or miss, they either could’ve easily went to a university house or are lucky to have received a bid there. For social life they don’t have that many swaps and band parties are either packed and really fun or hardly anyone shows up besides their groupies. Definitely not a top house but imo they are improving. A good choice for northern guys that don’t take Greek life too seriously
