Comment:  Theta is not a bad house. They got a very bad pledge class last year that has caused them issues on campus with other strats and frats, who claim that anyone who doesn’t like their behavior is jealous or got cut. Not true. These girls were nasty to ppl and are facing consequences. But, don’t count theta out. They’ve been a solid mid to upper house for years. They’ll be back.
