Comment:  they might have used to be considered top until maybe this past year. all the frats hate doing anything with them because they are all so mean and controlling. they have had racism issues and do nothing to fix it. they let it slide like it’s nothing. that’s never been acceptable and especially in a time like now. really sad to see how phi sig has gone such down hill because they used to be pretty decent girls. but unfortunately not anymore.
