Comment:  They have the nicest house on frat row, and always have been extremely popular on campus. The brothers are a great group of guys and they seem to always be successful with on and off campus parties. With Delta and TDX rapidly loosing brothers, Kappa Sig will be the top tier frat for fall and spring of 2020.
