Comment:  I've driven by the row and have seen their new house and it looks like it might be one of the nicest at tamu. With this house I am going to assume in fall 2020 lots of girls are going to choose them over the other bottom houses with poorer reputations. Definitely on the rise but not going to be the next top house or anything this soon. Quality pretty girls who seem to have a really strong sisterhood and decent frat connections.
