Comment:  You can see I rated everything average for them because that’s exactly what they are: average. They were better in years past but this year were not as wanted by pnms. They’re slowly becoming irrelevant and need to be careful not to fall off the radar. I wouldn’t consider them bottom by any stretch but they need to be more involved.
