Comment:  Pi Phi is on the way up. Now it is a solid middle/upper middle tier house. Reasons: Pretty, fun, smart, great sisterhood, getting to the strong standing of their National reputation. Some already have some elitist attitude and are finally realizing that good looking members are important, like Alpha Phi. Friendly still, they always have had confidence. Kkg hates them. Lol overheard Krappa them dissing PBP and DG.
