Comment:  Alpha chi who? Literally any “middle tier” rank is self ranking. There are cool girls in this org but they know their place, at the bottom. Unfortunately some exec seems to want to push them into middle and it’s created tension in the org, if it continues, it’s not going to look good And they will end up below KD again.
