Comment:  The below review is exactly what’s wrong with Theta here. Last few PCs were weak and house has dropped from solid top choice to one of a few mid tiers fighting to be number one. Thetas very rude to other srats as a group and boring to be with, many frats ( plus srats )don’t want to hang with these girls, read all the thread rankings for updated opinions.pnms just know they are not top ranked right now if that matters?!
