Comment:  I think if TKE got a house on phillips, or closer to campus, then they could probably become a top frat. They seem to have a solid brotherhood. The guys are overall pretty cute, nice, down to earth but still know how to party. Their house is just out of the way and if they were near other frats, I think more people would know about them and go to their parties. Overall really good vibes.
