Comment:  Why are you proud of no consistency amongst members?? Literally makes no sense, how can you have a strong sisterhood when no one can relate to one another? I def felt this during recruitment and was so confused when I met them and every girl was different. It doesn’t feel like an accepting environment, more like an org that has no idea what it wants to be.. not saying every girl has to be exactly the same in a sorority, but there should at least be some feeling of the girls being likeminded
