Comment:  Pi phi has slowly been dying over the last 3-4 years. They lost what was once their strength with attracting the top talent from high schools. These days they'll recruit anyone who's interested. It's a shame :/ their last mc was the nail in the coffin that pushed them to mid tier as A Phi became top tier. Breaks my heart to see my house decline so much before I graduate
