Comment:  Anybody who says Theta Chi isn’t one of the top 5 on campus is jealous/lying. I don’t know what they’re grades are, and don’t know how they treat other fraternity guys, but I know they have great parties, are everywhere on campus, and always have treated me and my girlfriends to a great time.
