Comment:  Is anyone surprised that another deepher was caught using the N word? Two sisters were yelling the N word at Pike in the Fall. Most of these girls are from families that are conservative and towns that don't have any POC. They think bringing 2 girls in their most recent pledge class was enough for people to stop calling them out but so much for that lol. Your org is low-key segregated where only the "pretty skinny girls" get featured & hang out together, then you got the nerdy girls/"not white passing enough" girls that only in the org for the name and status, but would otherwise hidden away. Maybe try recruiting girls OTHER than looks and tax bracket next year.
